More themed tours — jazz, film, architecture, and beyond
Beyond the classic highlights, we want tours built around one passion — a city’s jazz history, its film locations, its architecture. Which themes should we build next?
Choose a guide personality (History Nerd, Foodie, Local Friend)
Same route, different guide: a History Nerd, a Foodie, or a Local Friend, each with their own take on the city. Which personalities would you want?
Weather for your trip day
A quick forecast on your trip so you can pack right — and we could suggest indoor stops when it’s raining. Worth adding?
Share your finished trip with friends
A recap you can send — the route you walked, the stops, and a few notes — so friends can follow the same tour or get inspired for their own. Want this?
Museum & indoor mode — an audio guide for the place you're in
Inside a museum or site, Matzu shouldn’t be nudging you to the next street. We’re considering a mode where it acts as an audio guide for the place you’re actually in, remembering what you’ve already seen. Interested?

A clear "no connection" message instead of silence
When the network drops, Matzu should tell you what’s happening, not go quietly silent so you think it crashed. Agree this matters?
Set how much Matzu says — short, medium, or long
A depth setting for Matzu’s narration and answers: a quick fact, a medium note, or the full story — and changeable mid-tour. Would you use it?
Ticket & booking links right in the chat
When Matzu mentions a venue or event, we could drop a tappable link to tickets or the official site. Useful, or would it feel like clutter?
Let Matzu speak in the local dialect or accent
Swiss-German in Zürich, a Scottish lilt in Edinburgh. Would a local flavour make the guide feel more authentic, or do you prefer a neutral voice? Tell us.
Offline mode when the signal drops
When you walk out of coverage, Matzu currently goes quiet. We’re exploring keeping already-loaded narration playing offline, so a dead zone doesn’t end your tour. Upvote if you’d use this.
